CHARLES Richard Homa, one of the
leaders of a Cayman Islands-based Ponzi scheme known as Cash 4 Titles, has been
sentenced to serve five years in prison, according to newsletter

Alert. Homa was also ordered to pay restitution of $157 million when he was
sentenced on September 10 at the United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York, the report said. |
