This database contains certain details of over 9,000 civil lawsuits filed since January 1, 1987, specifically case numbers, names of plaintiffs and defendants, dates of filings and names of plaintiffs' attorneys.

Docket information and underlying documents are NOT available in our database and entries are not updated beyond the initial entry signifying that a case has been opened. You should only use our database to determine whether someone has been a party to a lawsuit filed at the Grand Court. Details of judgments or updated case information is NOT available in our database.

While we have certain details for most of the cases filed during our period of coverage, some are missing and our database is not a complete record.

Our database was last updated on March 25, 2002. We have not been able to update it since then because of a change in the way the court allows public access to its records. We are working to resolve the problem.
